Within a couple of hours, you were able to attend the stranded vehicle, advise on the tyres needed and get them ordered. The fact that my care has quite rare tyres was a challenge for you, and I really appreciated you going the extra mile to ensure you could get them all, which you did from various suppliers.
Less than 24 hours after the event you had my car back in your workshop and a full set of new tyres fitted perfectly ready for me to collect.
